Garden by the River

Mary Beth & John Paul Jones, husband & wife, made Falls puzzles in different locations in Ohio, this one while living in Cleveland Heights.  Their puzzles became famous for their intricate cutting, numerous figure pieces (difficult to count so many), and signature piece of a woman falling in the lower right corner.  The artist for this scene is A.G.B. Fox.
Unfortunately, the intricate cutting by Mary Beth resulted in numerous tine knobs, prone to chipping and breaking over the years.  Restoring them is is time consuming, delicate work.  The puzzle displayed here was in unusually good condition requiring repair of only 6 knobs, 4 pieces, no replacement pieces, and extensive touch up.
