Tuco Workshops in Lockport, NY published this puzzle back in 1930/40s.  Cardboard, non-interlocking (push fit).  Classic Tuco.  Artist signature difficult to read, but there is an art date on the puzzle of 1886.  Note in background of scene are snow covered mountains.  Perhaps someone can identify the scene.
