The Pleasures of Camping

Written on box bottom, "Cut by Lester by hand with a coping saw blade" and signed "Alma Gilley, 23 High St", presumably Lester's wife.  Well cut puzzle for an amateur with a coping saw blade.  Undated but cut from press board, interlocking, along color lines.  Artist is the well known Philip R. Goodwin, painter of many outdoor scenes involving two men encountering wild animals, usually a bear.  Original box decorated with oriental scenes, markings.  Picture also known as "The Law of the Wilderness".
