Made by Charles Hart, Christchurch, NZ in 1930's. Plywood, interlocking, very well cut along color lines with irregular top.  Artist: Alfred Lyndon. Grace.(1867-1949).  Looks like it could be a character from one of Charles Dickens’ novels.  But we think the dress is from a later period.
