While cut in the 1930's, this puzzle follows the 1909 era non-interlocking style. Maker is unknown but artist is Edward Eggleston and art date is 1930's. A number of "lady pirate" theme puzzles were cut in that ere, probably as a form of pin-up art for calendars and another way of escaping from the grim realities of the Great Depression.
