Libra is a very Good Sign

Spectacular color but a lot of red to assemble. Interlocking, semi-color line cut with 31 figure pieces including 2 Par sea horses, "RGH" monogram (center), irregular top-outline referring to Ruth Hodgkins, wife of Ted Hodgkins. Gold stenciled sea horses are in lower left corner. Par time: "RGH knows".
