Witch Confusion

Michael Morin, Montreal, Quebec, employed the sophisticated special cutting technique I call dropouts-challenge and color line cutting to create multiple unattached witches which can be rearranged many ways but will “fit in” the puzzle in only one arrangement. Michael also cut a round irregular edge for the witch section and an irregular edge to outline the pumpkins and title plate at the puzzle's base. A remarkable puzzle from a section of the world (Quebec) not noted for making puzzles.
