Marjorie Bouve, listed in the Brookline, Massachusetts social directory, was among the best of the cutters who developed a home business making “Ye Squirlijig Puzzles”. She used solid mahogany wood and cut the predominant non-interlocking style with plenty of color line cutting. She made thousands of puzzles but not many survive today.
