Witches at Salem

Male, female colonists appear to be in chains accused of witchcraft and resigned to their fate.  Plywood, non-interlocking, very good color line cutting.  Unknown maker, artist's signature unreadable (by me).  Hopefully, there will be another Puzzle Parley in Salem, MA and I can show this puzzle as part of "Show & Tell".
