The Toast to the Baby--Out of Doors Birthday Party

Parker Brothers Pastime puzzle cut by #4 in 1915.  Semi-interlocking, cut along color lines with 16 figure pieces.  Title on print is "Anniversaire De Bebe" which translates to "Birthday of baby".  Artist signature difficult to read; it seems to be (in part) "Regnau" but that led nowhere. Assuming the "lt" were dropped at the end, it would read "Regnault".  There is a 19th century French painter named Henri Regnault but his style is a very different classical style.
