Cut 1910's, plywood, semi-interlocking, color line cut, 20 figure pieces.  Artist is Tom Browne.  Tom Browne RI born Thomas Arthur Browne (1870 – 1910), was an extremely popular English strip cartoonist, painter and illustrator of the late Victorian and Edwardian periods.
