Extremely well cut by unknown maker; excellent color line cutting; tight interlock.  Artist is Alois Arnegger (1879 – 1967), an Austrian painter.  He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and was taught by Robert Russ and August Eisenmenger.  Alois Arnegger became famous as a scene painter. Artnet.  Usual title is "Lilac Time".  Sale picture is scan of 35 mm photo; Puzzle has better colors.
