Songbirds

Springbok Editions published many round collage puzzles like this, on a wide range of subjects.  This is a particularly nice one on a subject familiar to nearly all of us.  Plywood, interlocking, published in 1966 but probably cut by Hayter & Co. in England.  Artist is Don Eckelberry. Don Richard Eckelberry was a prolific illustrator who was one of the country's foremost bird painters,  Box contains descriptions of each bird shown in collage with National Audubon Society referenced as source of information.
