Norma-Scene from Grand Opera

Pastime puzzle made by Parker Brothers, Salem, MA; unlisted but probably 1917-1928; plywood; semi-interlocking; color line cut; 14 figure pieces. Artist: Wm De Leftwich Dodge. We think scene is from Act IV in which Norma promises Pollione his life if he will renounce Adalgisa; he refuses and in fury Norma threatens to destroy Adalgisa as Pollione begs for mercy.  Opera is by Vincenzo Bellini.
