Elms puzzle from Harrison, ME cut by "Cindy '04".  Date on label (1996) and "Cindy '04" do not match.  Take your choice.  23 figure pieces, several enhanced.  Some color line cutting.  Not sure of artist but name appears to read "Wang Patty" but I can't trace her on Google Search..
