The Love Letter

This exquisite puzzle was made by The Ullman Mfg. Co. of New York City c. 1909 as Society Picture Puzzle No. 7. Cut non-interlocking along color lines out of solid wood, both the round shape of the puzzle and its original box are highly unusual. Many Ullman puzzles feature upper-class women and with their brand name, were obviously intended to appeal to society people of that era.
