This is one tough puzzle! Very difficult to make any sense of it and with 925 pieces, it is larger than the others in the Hodgkins collection. Semi-color line cut, 34 figure pieces including 2 Par sea horses, no "RGH" monogram, no irregular edges. Gold stenciled sea horses are in upper left corner. Lack of any monogram and traditional edges suggests this puzzle was not personalized for the Hodgkins. Artist is Marc Chagall.
