Well cut by a little known puzzle maker from Northborough, MA named Waldo Bemis who ran a lending library back in the 1930's.  Plywood, interlocking with 14 figure pieces, 13 of which compose the well cut title of the puzzle.  Tight cut.  Unknown artist.  Rental rates listed at 3 days for 10 cents; 5 cents/day for overtime.  Having tried to cut titles into puzzles back in the early 1990's, I have to admire Bemis' work.
