Little Cut-Up puzzle made by Harold E. Hamlen, when he lived in Chicopee, MA 1930s.  Plywood, interlocking, well cut along color lines, especially around the hounds.  I count 10 dogs and 8 riders.  Artist unknown. My favorite puzzle maker growing up.
