Pastime puzzle cut by Parker Brothers' cutter #730.  Interlocking, cut along color lines with 18 figure pieces  Soft colors.  Artist signature difficult to read but appears to be "M. Russell", not the famous western and native American artist, Charles M. Russell.  Clovelly (/kləˈvɛli/) is a small village in the Torridge district of Devon, England. It has a harbor and is notable for its steep pedestrianized cobbled main street, donkeys and views over the Bristol Channel.  Wikipedia.  Sounds like a nice place to visit!
